Rosa Fakhrai

Rosa works together with her clients to figure out how to move forward in finding a sense of peace, well-being and balance in their lives.

She loves to encourage people and feels highly motivated to support them to relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions. Rosa understands that for some people, anxiety feels like pressure to do everything for everyone, while for others, there is an internal sense of worry. In either case, counseling can help. She loves helping clients to learn some specific, creative coping strategies to help clients and their families start to feel more balanced, worry less and work toward their goals.

She encourages her clients to take the necessary steps to create balance in their lives by promoting the development of skills to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in a safe space that is culturally sensitive and non-judgmental.

Talk therapy and creative modalities can be used at times in Rosa’s work with her clients, depending on what works for her clients. If you are feeling like you could benefit from a warm, empathic, safe space to express yourself and learn how to manage your symptoms effectively or if you have any questions, please call or text (240) 274-5680 or send an email to
