Colleen offers a nonjudgmental, collaborative and accepting relationships with her individual clients to help them grow and change. She believes in the capacity of each person to find his/her/their own answers and she values the opportunity to be a part of someone’s change process.

Drawing on many different approaches, Colleen is an integrative therapist who personalizes her work with each client based on what each client needs. She utilizes aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts work) cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, internal family systems and acceptance and commitment therapies. As a therapist, she is passionate about reducing shame to encourage growth.

Colleen has worked in a variety of clinical settings, most recently at an eating disorder treatment center. These experiences inform her work with clients facing body image issues, relationship challenges, depression, work stress and anxiety. An affirming therapist, Colleen welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients.

A graduate of Loyola University’s Pastoral Counseling program, Colleen has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For clients who are interested, she offers spiritually integrated counseling that calls on what is most meaningful to the client in order to promote healing.
