 Therapy can be of help in coming out and transitioning as your therapist can help you explore what steps feel right for you. Your counselor will provide an affirming space as you explore emotions and needs and plan conversations you’d like to have at a pace that feels good for you.  You can also get support with navigating social and personal transitions if this is helpful for you.
