The clients Sara works with come to therapy with a desire to better understand themselves and how experiences in their past inform who they are today. They may experience anxiety and depression or feel overwhelmed by stressors in their lives. Oftentimes, they struggle to cope with emotions or experiences day to day and can be hard on themselves for this and its impact on their lives.

Whether relationship issues, identity exploration, emotional challenges, or past trauma, Sara will work with you to process the varying symptoms that accompany these experiences, so you can move towards a life of fullness and connection with self and others. The work will be collaborative, drawing from your strengths and personal goals to create a relationship and space that feels safe, healing, and helpful for you. Sara views the work from a person-centered and attachment-based lens, utilizing evidence-based modalities including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Beginning or continuing your path to healing takes courage and you do not have to navigate it alone. Sara offers free 15-minute consultations and welcomes hearing from you.
